Baja Fresh - East Rutherford

This place is fantastic! The food is definitely made fresh, just as they claim. We visited on a Tuesday when tacos are just $1 instead of $2.60. I tried both styles, and I couldn’t choose a favorite—they were both delicious. The service was quick, and the staff clearly cared about the quality of the food they served.

I really enjoy this place. It's a great alternative to Chipotle when I want to avoid traffic. It is a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I usually order the rice and bean plate along with a side of queso and some tortillas. The food consistently tastes fresh and leaves me feeling satisfyingly full, not overly stuffed. It truly offers the best Mexican cuisine!
