The Bees Knees Cafe

My daughter and I were in the area for an appointment and while waiting, we decided to find somewhere to grab a bite to eat. We stumbled upon this delightful cafe. The owners were charming, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. The atmosphere was lively, with customers engaging in friendly conversations. The owners had a warm rapport with their regulars and were also welcoming to new customers. Despite my daughter's appointment running late, I was able to stay for a while and get some work done, thanks to the constant flow of customers. The owner checked in on us regularly without being intrusive. The food was delicious and made to order. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back soon.

This restaurant is a hidden gem, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is excellent, with generous portions and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend it and definitely plan on returning. Thank you Fred and Julie for a great dining experience.

This morning, we took our two grandchildren out for breakfast and we were extremely impressed with the food and service. The staff were very accommodating and willingly swapped out any items the children didn't like for something they preferred. The food was cooked perfectly and we were touched by the sweet gesture of giving the children Easter chocolates. When we got home, both grandchildren asked if we could go back again. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a great dining experience. You won't be disappointed!

While out in Driffield this week, our usual cafe was very full up, so we looked for an alternative.We came across The Bees Knees, which was new to us.We went in found them very welcoming friendly.Their prices were very reasonable variety of choice on the menu catered for every pocket. We treated ourselves to the dinner with pudding for around £5 each. There was a little wait, but that was because it was cooked properly! It was very nice so was the pudding. Everyone in the cafe seemed friendly joined in the conversation. We were both very impressed will definitely return when next in Driffield recommend them to our friends and family. Children are welcome here the washroom was clean well stocked with soap paper. Thank you so much for running such a lovely clean cafe. Small, but a little gem.
