Papa Gino's - East Providence

The pizza was great! We got a large cheese and a large pepperoni!

The gluten free pizza was excellent. The pasta and meatballs evoked a rave from my spouse.

I must say papa Gino’s has the worse staff with attitudes and have disappointed me every time the last three times. mind you this is my favorite pizza place Not only did they stop accommodating their cash only Customers. I have all four of my kids waited 45 min on top of having to pick it up they lost half there power waiting for a higher up person to call my food was stuck in the oven and all I did was say you should call your customers waiting seeing there were over 10 slips with mine and let them know so they don’t travel all this way to be disappointed the girl said the phones are down. Ok totally get it considering my food is stuck in a power operating oven but you mean to tell me you don’t have a cell phone she said yeah ok lady I don’t want these customers having my number lol what generation are you from little girl it’s called block it with *67 well anyways she walked away from me didn’t resolve anything he situation and didn’t say to come back sorry nothing I have 4 hungry kids at home. This location and establishment has completely lost its value to me.

Just ordered , XL Pizza was not a XL... was late, for me and my associates and cold did not call to complain DO BETTER IT WASN'T CHEAP and yes gave a 20% tip....

What a joke my sandwich had grill scum all in the meat. The shift said they don’t require to clean the grill.
