The staff made a commendable effort to stay cheerful and work efficiently, despite the busy atmosphere. The air conditioning did its best to handle the heat, and we were quite pleased with the selection of various goodies and furniture. The new As-Is section is impressive, and the outdoor area is also a nice addition.
Fantastic place to shop! They offer a wonderful selection of furniture and household items at great prices.
I really appreciate the new system they have implemented, which allows customers to see, select, take screenshots, and then order and pick up their chosen items. The staff were fantastic—very helpful, patient, and professional. Previously, you had to show proof of payment at checkout, go to the pickup area, present your receipt, and then wait for 45 minutes or longer for your items to be prepared. Now, the process is so much more streamlined! You receive a confirmation right after payment, along with your order number displayed on a screen and a countdown timer until your items are ready. It’s a fantastic improvement! Well done, IKEA!
Looking for house decor, bed, mattress, sofa, kitchen, then this is one of the best place. There are so many varieties of everything. Prices are very competitive. The staff is very helpful. The delivery is $49, but you can add any number of items to it. You have a big restaurant on the top floor. Do not worry about meals and only one can plan a day shopping. There's a huge parking lot. But try to get a parking space on the 2nd floor, so after buying movement into the car is easy.
The great IKEA hasn't changed and still has nicely decorated and stocked floor after floor of home furnishings. First time enjoying the cafeteria which was much better than expected. Reasonably priced and delicious the dishes were moist, tender and well executed.
