Chicken is always good but never ready when place order over the phone

We ordered around 50 chicken wings ahead of time so we can pick up 12 noon for my co workers last day party but when we got there the store was still closed! Took a few minutes to get it open. Wings were not ready yet. The cook just started cooking them and I end up waiting for another 30 minutes! The wings though were fresh, crispy, delicious and had just the right amount of flour and cajun seasoning! Brought home the leftovers home and my wife and son loved it! I will be back soon to buy for the family. Hopefully I don't have to wait that long next time!

I had a taste for some fried fish tonight and I remembered the few times I had Amabassadors in East Orange that the fish was made to order, always hot, fresh and very good. Well not the case anymore, I should have turned around in my car when I started smelling the fish smell and not in a good delicious way. The fishy smell of old fish fried and given to patrons in the Black neighborhoods by pur businesses who we support but give us BS. Well that's exactly what I got tonight smelling cold whiting straps that are hard and nasty and old fish. They must be under new management and the new people could care less about providing a good product to their customers. I sooooo want to patronize businesses in my community but the lack of integrity and respect for providing good service and products is a complete NO for me! So my money just went in the garbage. Ambassador do way better! We deserve better!!!

Guy at the front got the best customer service and he’s handsome. Oh and the chicken good ofc

The chicken tasted like it had been put back in the grease to heat up and was really salty. I prefer Dodd St. Ambassador more.Food: 2/5
