Proof Bread - East Mesa

Pastries weren't fresh made and dry. For the price I'd expect better.

I'm never disappointed with whatever I purchase from Proof. Everything is amazing and delicious!

I have tried just about everything they offer, and it's all so good! This is the real deal, if you want good bread, come here! Don't punish yourself with the cheap, no flavor stuff from grocery stores.

I found this downtown Mesa, AZ old-world charm bakery while on my morning walk. I love bread and I’ve tried a lot of bread in my almost 60 years. Proof has the most flavorful and best textured sourdough bread I have ever eaten. I buy their bread quite often now, and I am very excited that they grow and mill their own flour. It’s also always the “go to treat” when my grown children come into town. I also highly recommend their morning pastries, especially the almond croissant! My daughter loves the olive loaf-wonderful, she says. Definitely go!

Earlier this year I had the choice of business trips and chose the Phoenix assignment specifically to go to try Proof. I have been a fan of the YouTube channel for years and wanted to try it myself. I was not disappointed, in fact it was better than I thought it would be. I enjoyed it so much I went back all 3 days I was in town and brought back a couple loaves for my wife to try. Honestly some of the best bread and baked goods that I have ever had!
