Dunkin' - East Meadow

Parking was easy, the place was quite clean and the coffee was Dunkin coffee. Staff helped me save money by telling me about the current promo.

The shop's location was very convenient. It offered plenty of clean seating areas for customers to relax and meet their needs. There were separate restrooms for both women and men available. The shop had two entrances, although one was locked. I notified the staff about this issue, and she acknowledged my observation, stating, "Thank you, the management will address the problem."

Most of the negative reviews are from over a year ago. While it’s possible that the restaurant had issues back then, I’ve noticed significant improvements recently—it's much cleaner now, and the staff consistently goes out of their way to help you save money and maximize your order. My only complaint is that the iced coffee is quite watery; more than half of the drink is just ice cubes. For example, in the iced caramel latte, there’s very little caramel, and the rest tastes mostly like watered-down coffee.

This is the best spot in East Meadow and Merrick for breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and coffee. As a coffee enthusiast, I get really frustrated when my coffee isn’t made right. If you're a franchise, it’s important to stick to consistent barista standards!
