Burger Urge (greenhills)

I called to confirm my order, and they always get it right. They consistently deliver exactly what I requested. I give them a perfect 10 out of 10!

The burger was quite small for the price I paid, the lettuce seemed old, and there was just one pickle. The chicken was only half the size of the small bun. The portion of chips was also quite small for what I was charged. I won't be returning for another purchase.

The quality and service at this restaurant have really declined. The El Diablo Dirty Fries lacked jalapeños and contained dry, old chips, alongside tough, overcooked chicken. The Waikiki Classic (2293 kJ) and El Diablo (3103 kJ) beef also looked incomplete, and the bacon was mostly just fat, which made the dish unappetizing. The Chicken Tenders (612 kJ) were drenched in chili sauce, which spilled all over the bag with most of the order. Given the high prices, one would expect fresh, well-prepared food, not stale, overcooked items that raise concerns about food safety. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again; it used to be very good just six months ago.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and frequently checked in with us to see how everything was. We didn't have to wait too long for our food, although the shakes took a bit longer to arrive—but they were definitely worth the wait as they were quite delicious. The burger wasn't the best I've ever had; the patty was a bit thin and slightly overcooked. The toasted bun felt a little stale, but the flavor was good, and the amount of sauce was just right—not too dry, but not overly saucy either.
