Piece O Cake - East Lansing

The best in town! My wife and I got married last November and decided to wait until the last minute for our wedding cake. Kelly created a stunning and delicious cupcake cake for us that was absolutely perfect. We also ordered macarons for all our guests, and they were so tasty that people were stuffing them into their purses to take home!

The best French meal I’ve had outside of France is concerning. You should definitely try it for yourself.

Kelly did an outstanding job with our wedding cake! We had a unique theme in mind, wanting our cake to resemble stacked luggage, which was quite a challenging request. During our consultation, we showed Kelly some reference photos, and she exceeded our expectations by creating a cake that was even better than we had envisioned, all while staying within our budget! She tailored the design to match our wedding perfectly, and the end result was simply stunning. It's also crucial that the cakes taste as good as they look, and this one did not disappoint. Many of our guests remarked that it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted, and they were thrilled that it actually tasted as delicious as it appeared—something that’s not always the case with wedding cakes. Kelly is truly an artist, and I wholeheartedly recommend her!

I'm so happy I picked a piece of cake. Betsy sat with me and heard everything I liked and wanted in a wedding cake. I loved the pig puppets. I loved the elegant look of a white cake. Some color in the cake was really nice, but I always said too much color took the elegance. Betsy knew exactly what I wanted and whenever I showed up with another grandiose idea, she gently showed me to what I really wanted. When I arrived in the lobby, I was amazed at how beautiful everything turned out, but when I saw the cake, I almost cried because it was so beautiful and everything I wanted. I dragged several of my guests to my cake to show them how beautiful it was. Some of my guests told me how nice and delicious it was. I would recommend Betsy to anyone who wants to taste a perfectly beautiful wedding cake that is amazing.

Betsy was such a joy to work with and her cakes are AMAZING! She was so easy to work with and our cake came out perfectly. She had so many flavors to choose from, but the raspberry was our favorite! All of our guests commented that it was one of the best cakes that they had!
