Moxie Breakfast - East Haven

This place is a great place. Food was great and coffee was fresh. The staff was a pleasure. I would recommend every stop and try it out. Very clean.

Great breakfast but the specials on the board aren't priced. Pancakes with eggs and bacon were good, but a little pricey at $13.99. French toast was really good and reasonably priced and the coffee was fresh and hot. Service staff friendly. Would return, but will ask prices first if not displayed before ordering.

One of the more unique breakfast places I've ever been to. Breakfasts with chorizo... Breakfasts with unusual ingredients... Breakfast quesadillas... Breakfasts you never would have thought of... A very good cup of coffee. Although I wasn't able to try their bakery goods, they looked excellent from the case, and the selection is very diverse. The atmosphere is minimal, however: fairly comfortable booths, but feels a lot like a fast food place.

The lunch hours are well-managed, and the timing for customers is always considered. The food is consistently well-prepared and nicely seasoned. Paulie and the waitstaff are very friendly. Their breakfast is also excellent. The only downside is that they close early (at 3:00 PM). If they served dinner, I would have given it five stars.
