Kfc - East Haven

I ordered the three-piece meal with mac and cheese, but I received someone else's order. This is the second time my order has been incorrect at this location, and there won't be a third.

Food was fresh and good parking plenty parking lot was clean need to wear hairnet serving food and gloves when giving back money take off gloves

The staff is incredibly unprofessional, and the restaurant is filthy. There are roaches and rats everywhere. I witnessed people fighting and smoking inside while they were supposed to be working. I decided to leave without my food because they took too long arguing among themselves. This place should definitely be shut down.

This was the second KFC i'd visited (that's literally all i ate Sunday ... because sometimes you just gotta). the place was clean, staff extremely friendly and funny. not a long wait at all for my order. thank you all!

I placed a pickup order before arriving and went through the drive-thru to collect it. The girl at the window informed me that my order was still being prepared and that it would be brought out to me. After waiting about 15 minutes at the front, I decided to go inside. To my surprise, I discovered that they had given my order to a random person. I was then told I would have to wait for them to bring it back. I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes inside the restaurant for them to remake my order of two chicken sandwiches and some sides, with not a single other customer in sight. I had to ask for the two drinks that were supposed to be included. The inside of the restaurant was dirty and unkempt. I highly recommend avoiding this place; the staff seem unorganized and lack a strong work ethic.
