The same glove used for handling cash and the register was also used to touch the donuts. I believe a bit of training on food safety would be beneficial, especially considering the current concerns.
I visited the drive-thru and placed two separate orders. The second order was correct, but the first order was a mess. They claimed they forgot to charge me for three orders of hash browns, even though two Wake Up Wraps definitely shouldn't cost $11. They ended up charging me again for the three orders of hash browns, but I still only received three. It's frustrating when people expect to earn $15 an hour but can't even manage to take an order properly. It's quite disappointing.
Typically, this place is fine, and the long line at the drive-thru moved quickly at 8:45 a.m. on a weekday. However, I ordered an everything bagel toasted, and it definitely did not meet my expectations. It's not just that they chose the wrong bagel; where's all the "everything" seasoning that should be on top? It's also ironic that the bagel is barely warmed since commercial toasters often overdo it and burn the edges. This one must have gone through the toaster at lightning speed! And as for the butter, well, there's hardly any. It seems all Dunkin' Donuts are a bit stingy when it comes to butter and cream cheese.
The food is good when they actually get my order right. I ordered a pink velvet latte today which is a signature latte so it should automatically come with whipped cream but it did not. Probably because of laziness. It took forever just for them to bring my donut to the window because one of the employees was screwing around.
Staff at this place where I was here must go to the Dunkin Donuts in Manchester on Hartford Street and learn from the best. Four cars in front of me. Then I watched the guy make sandwiches. It was a joke. It was so slow. I never complained, but that had to be said.
