Jersey Hot Bagels - East Hanover

I moved away from New Jersey six years ago and haven’t had a decent bagel since. Eating here was such a delightful experience! The service was friendly and fast, and the food was reasonably priced. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get an egg bagel, but that was my own fault for arriving close to 11:00. They bake fresh every day, and I should have gotten up earlier!

I really love this place! There aren't many bagel shops left in the area, so it’s a great find. Occasionally, they can get a bit overwhelmed when it's busy, but the food is consistently excellent. I always go for the Taylor ham, egg, and cheese—it's a must! The hash browns are also fantastic, but there's not quite enough room to enjoy both at the same time. They also have the NJ Lottery and the new fast drawing game available. Plus, there are plenty of tables to sit at.

This is an fantastic deli! The gentleman at the counter, who I believe is the owner, is extremely friendly. He always greets customers with a smile and is very appreciative. When he hands me my order, he always says, "Yummy, yummy, so good, just the best!" It genuinely brings a smile to my face, and the food is excellent as well.
