Chili's Grill - East Hanover

I normally don?t write reviews but I unfortunately I have to with this restaurant! Came in with my family got seated right away for a Friday but then sat there for over 15mins with no one greeting us. Waiter came to the table behind us and never came to usat greeted and said ?ill come back? I got up to look for a manager no one to find. And we left! Sad because we really likedchili?s but this restaurant has fallen!

Horrible experience, whole family got sick after eating it there also we order something without bacon but they put bacon in one of the item . They need to be more careful because pork is prohibited in some religion they have to respect that . Neverever gonna back there. When you order arrive please make sure before you eat since they don?t care

Every time I order delivery from this restaurant, something seems to go wrong. Honestly, does this deserve a 5-star rating? I ordered a "pick 3" meal and only received 2 scoops of rice. I'm so disappointed. I also requested ketchup but did not receive any. When I asked for utensils, the manager approached me with an attitude. How am I supposed to eat my food—like a caveman? This is ridiculous. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again, and I certainly don't recommend it.

Despite some negative reviews, I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. It's clear they were a bit short-staffed, as there were longer wait times for food. However, the delay wasn't excessive in my case. The team seemed to be working quite efficiently given the circumstances. My food was great, and the staff were all very friendly.
