Buongiorno On The Harbor - East Hampton

I recently had an experience with this marina that I feel compelled to share. I attempted to book a slip, but after a few days, I discovered that there was a double booking with another marina. When I called to cancel and explain the situation, I was informed that their cancellation policy would retain about half of the nightly rental fee. I found their customer service lacking; they were unresponsive and I was left feeling extremely frustrated. Additionally, the ratings on Dockwa suggest that the marina falls short in terms of amenities. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for boat storage.

Incredible views! We went on a day when they were having electro issues so they were making a reduced menu, only sandwiches and stuff like that. The staff was very kind, and the sandwiches were very good.

They have $1 happy hour oysters! Really friendly service and decent prices. There was almost no one there at 4pm when we stopped by, but it was very pleasant.

How many tries does it take to cancel a reservation? I called this restaurant to cancel a reservation the woman who answered asked me for how many people and what time tonight is good for you? over and over after I told her I was calling to CANCEL a reservation. Then, a few days later (the day of my reservation), I got a call confirming the reservation, and told the woman I had already called to cancel it. Two hours after that call, I got ANOTHER call to confirm my reservation. Wow, I have never seen such a disorganized bunch... I never ate here, but now certainly never will if they can 't understand after three attempts to cancel a reservation.

We visited for breakfast several times. The croissants are tasty, but not quite as good as those at the Montauk location. Overall, it's worth a stop if you're in East Hampton, but if you're in Montauk, I recommend going to Buongiorno instead for better pastries and a wider selection.
