Kon Asian Bistro Hibachi

This experience was very disappointing. We visited over the weekend and what was supposed to be a 10-minute wait turned into an hour. The staff appeared disorganized and confused, and I couldn’t help but wonder where the owners were. When we finally got to our table, our waitress was quite rude. The plates were dirty, and the food tasted boiled. When I asked if anything could be done, the waitress snapped at me and walked away in a huff. Now I see why many new restaurants end up closing down – this place certainly fits that trend.

I had a really disappointing culinary experience recently. The restaurant had an unpleasant smell, reminiscent of wastewater. We chose to sit in the bar area on a quiet weekday and found ourselves having to track down our bartender. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff seemed to be congregating in a corner and ignored us.

Save your time and head to Osushi or Raka instead. Those restaurants are cleaner, offer better service, and serve higher-quality food. It took nearly 20 minutes for us to receive our drinks, and the glasses had water stains, just like the forks and knives. My friends were even unsure if the silverware had been properly washed. When we pointed this out to the waitress, she rolled her eyes at us and insisted that everything was clean. I will never return.

We came in a Fri night. Had a reservation and our table was not ready. Had to wait 20 minutes. I understand that people do not want to work in this FJB economy, but to dismiss us as if it were not a big deal and not try to catch up is unacceptable. Then when we finally sat waitress was not better than someone who commanded thru McDonald's or taco bell drive thru. We landed on the way and drove to raka sakura on the square. A much clean and friendly restaraunt.

Came in on a Sat. We sat at bar for for 10 minutes before our bartender lumbered over. It was pretty quiet. Seemed more preoccupied chatting with friends throughout the night. Ended up leaving and going to Osushi up the rd. Bartenders alot friendly and restaraunt alot cleaner with friendly staff. Osushi win!¡ Kons sucks.
