Rainbow Chinese Takeaway

If I could not give a star, I would. I have the wrong court when I took it back, there was no excuse or offer to replace. Talked to terrible, gave me my money back and said that I came out. I will not be back.

I have no idea what is wrong with other reviewers, but rainbow is the favorite Chinese taking my family and has been for years. everything is always delicious and fresh, and the staff is super friendly. would recommend 100% as it could not fail at all.

Ordered a chicken breast with Chow main arrived tonight covered with a disgusting sauce that advised like grill, but tasted like sweeter and sour ugh the woman I spoke with when I complained had a terrible attitude that shouted to me the phone that the order was really terrible eating terrible service I will never use these take them again

My meal ordered, first 20 minutes for delivery, lasted 1 hour. used menu on their website and order came to £16 minus delivery. as £20.80 my sons eating chicken balls gravy and chips was disgusting, the so-called gravy looked like sweet and acidic sauce, but rusty disgusting, unnecessary to say he couldn't eat it. at phoning rainbow I was told it was heavy and hanged. I called back and asked whoever that was called to speak. a man came on the phone heard me and gave the phone back to the woman. Stinking attitude. I will never set foot inside this takewaway after my experience this evening! I popped in to get a snack as I was very cold and needed a hot snack. The lady at the counter had a bad attitude and was exceptionally rude. My takeaway appeared within seconds it was lukewarm and tasteless. I threwit in the bin and went to another Chinese with good serrvice and above all brilliant customer service. The Rainbow was a great restaurant and takeaway years ago but not now! They really need to up their game as this is not acceptable!
