フィードバックを提供するWe 've been coming here since I was at nursery in the early 90s for everything from breakfast to lunch to family celebrations over the years. I remember coming in at about age four for french toast before graduating to the world class chips (although I 've noticed the crispy bits at the bottom of a bag have disappeared lately), then the amazing fish and everything else Ghilonis has to offer! Phenomenal selection of sweets, chocolate, ice cream. I don 't know what to say is more special, the consistent quality of the food for the 30 years I 've been eating there, or the warm and friendly staff who have served us. You get the exact same experience whether you 're getting a takeaway or dining in. And I have to say the day Ghilonis finally started doing home deliveries was amazing! Saddest day was when it briefly had to close during lockdown. When visiting Ghilonis, we 've always felt at home. Recommendations: Chips, Fish, Cheeseburgers, Veggie burgers, chicken caesar salad, mint ice cream.

This is not a restaurant to pop into .The impression we got was if you are not known you cant sit down until you are told , arrived with my mate and went to sit down and told that table is reserved no reserve sign on it ??any way sat a another table under the watchful eye of the waitress this was a table at the window complete with a wobbly table , while sitting the waitress who told us the table was reserved was talking to a couple (talking from the time we went in and saying this will be your table every Monday . the staff must at one point smile , no they managed not to . the food was excellent we got a mini five piece breakfast it was cooked well a bit of grease on the plate where the bacon was but nothing to bad and the price was reasonable . would I go back sure if the staff was given a lesson on customer care (all customers and not just ones they knew
This place is a wee gem Does Confectionery /food Passed down through generations of quality service We usually go for the breakfast But the occasional main course with there lovely chips does the trick The milk is nice and cold We travel 6 miles to get there Well worth it
Very nice BUT a bit expensive tables at the top are very tight to get in even for ok size people staff on the ball . The quality is very good I think the same phage worked for them for years so know the job in side out
