Smashburger - East Brunswick

Food arrived ice cold every item was bland and unimpressive (felt like frozen meals the bean burger was a strange color and paste like consistency original smash burger was bland and thin and fries were soggy first and last time ordering from here way overpriced as well

This classic smash was ordered with haystacks, which is missing and it's a little too raw for my wife's liking. the restaurant didn't appear to be busy to miss a couple of these details. plus the order was ready super fast, which normally is fine, but in this case there was no need to rush.

The fries were undercooked, and several burgers that were ordered without smash sauce were served with it, so they went uneaten. Considering these mistakes, the prices seemed too high.

I had a great experience overall on my first visit to Smashburger. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire restaurant, including the restrooms, was very clean.

My partner and I were really impressed by the staff, especially what we thought was the manager. She consistently offered encouraging words about the cooking, saying things like "Great job!" and "The food looks amazing." It was genuinely refreshing to hear such praise in a time when so many people tend to complain about everything. My burger, with extra toppings, was absolutely delicious.
