Subway - East Brooklyn

This hidden gem located inside a local Walmart truly excels in customer service. For instance, when my card was declined, a kind woman at the counter generously offered to pay for my meal. It's clear that they really care about their customers!

I was disappointed to find out that they never have the wraps! Every other Subway on the East Coast offers them, but not at this location, and the same applies to the one in Killingly. The sandwich I tried was okay, but I specifically went there for the wraps.

The sandwiches at this place are surprisingly small, almost as if they're intentionally downsized. Even the rolls are smaller compared to other Subway locations. While I was there, the owner or someone in charge scolded the girl preparing my sandwich for adding too many pickles to my footlong tuna. I've certainly had larger sandwiches at other Subways for the same price!

I visited the restaurant on Black Friday and ordered two sandwiches. Unfortunately, the woman at the counter was incredibly rude. We requested our sandwiches to be toasted, but they arrived cold instead. Overall, the service was lacking. I had a takeaway lunch, and I spent about $20–30 per person.

The soup could be served hotter. I'm also craving hot chocolate! I miss the sliders, but I always enjoy the cookies.
