Papa John's Pizza - Easley

We dined in once and enjoyed the pizza, which was great. However, when we ordered takeout, there were some issues. They advertised a discount for a large pizza with two toppings online, but when I went to pick it up, I realized I would have been charged twice as much if I hadn't mentioned the discount. Despite ordering ahead and picking it up right away, the pizza was relatively cold, and the flavor didn’t match my expectations. It might be a bit of an insult, but I've had better at Little Caesars. Overall, I found it too expensive for what you get, and I don't think it’s worth it.

I ordered delivery to the pool for my friends and their kids, but the pizza arrived tough and cold, and it seemed like they forgot to put cheese on it—there was barely any. For nearly $30, you'd expect two large pizzas to be of high quality. I guess I should have just ordered from Little Caesars instead. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The store let me wait 2 hours on a delivery, then told me they didn't have the pizza. Told them another pizza would be fine, and it was already refunded? Pretty sure communication with the customer is the first step of that process. I will NEVER order from you again. I"ll be lucky if i can even get food tonight after this f ordeal.

My husband and I went here last night around 11pm and ordered a large pizza, Greek salad, and cinnamon squares. Everything was phenomenal! The pizza was done right, the Greek salad was super fresh and the best salad I’ve had from a pizza place, and the cinnamon squares were absolutely delicious! The staff were also super helpful and friendly. We definitely will be ordering from here again!

Ordered a few times during normal hours for the order to be cancelled. The last time we ordered after 45 minutes checked the status online and it stated under manager review. Called up there to request a refund and they wanted to argue that they called me and spoke to me and I said it was ok to come later in the day, I never once received a call or spoke to anyone. If someone would have called me I would have went and pick it up myself. But since it was for lunch, I wouldn't need it later in the day and the option to pick it up wasn't given to me.
