I’m definitely a North Carolina whole hog BBQ kind of girl but Junior’s brisket was easily one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. Were there sides? I didn’t notice. Brisket. That’s it.

Jennifer and Junior were so helpful in catering our rehearsal dinner. They are reasonably priced and their food is out of this world. They are, hands down, the very best BBQ we've had. Ever. Everything was delicious and hot. They supplied everything and clean up was a breeze. We HIGHLY recommend Up In Smoke BBQ for any event.

We brought Family who visited from the New Orleans area to eat here and try some Texas BBQ! We were NOT disappointed!!!! This BBQ delivers! The ribs were insanely good (the best my husband or I have ever had) and everything was fall-off-the-bone!!!! The hatch Mac-n-cheese was so delicious! Even our 4 year old daughter couldn’t stop talking about how good all the food was! Also, the staff is so welcoming and you can tell they love what they do! We will definitely be coming back frequently!
