Persian Nights - Ealing

- Do not visit this restaurant if you are looking for good service and a pleasant dining experience. The waiters are rude and will blame any delays on you without reason. We waited for our meal for an hour, only to be told that we had ordered late and were waiting for people who had ordered before us. They should have hired more staff to prevent such long wait times and ensure the bill matches what was originally quoted. The excuses from the staff were endless. I would not recommend this restaurant if you want to have a enjoyable evening.

Food ever! my friend and I checked the website before booking and it quotes ' live music every Friday and Saturday, we had to take the kaab and there in 45 minutes, well there was no live music, I asked the waiter why they would have this on their website and he replied 'well if they want us live music next to sunday as really have? so that not even the bad part. we order our appetit and it was good. but our food ' kabob koobideh and 'kabob barreh tasted over. The bathroom service was decent, but the dining experience was lacking and below average. The service was subpar and slow at Pure Rest. I question where these individuals who wrote positive reviews have actually dined, as it certainly cannot be in London W3. I haven't been able to reach any of them to inquire about their experiences personally.

They must eat with “Improve my listing site” a lot for the good reviews they have!: I have eaten in many Iranian restaurants in the past with many freshly cooked Iranian recipes, but in my opinion this restaurant is not one of them. I found their appetizers to be directly from doses, which can be bought cheaply from any Turkish/Iranian eckladen and their lamb kebab, which is generally my favorite, from bark meat, dry and tasteless, and their kebab koobideh very little more than wobble and animal fat, which made me suffer many hours after eating. Never even got to eat. This was the first time ever we as a party of 5 thought we would try this Persian as we always visit another one nearby. As we entered the virtually empty restaurant, with pin drop silence, there was an awkward wait, until a staff member appeared. So we had all walked in, and there was not one staff to greet us. Finally this chap, who looked very sullen, did a quick survey of the tables, and went on to say, there were no tables available!!
