Las Fiestas - Eagleville

We visit this restaurant every week. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is always great. You certainly won't be disappointed. It's a must-try when you're in Eagleville!

I appreciate seeing Mexican employees at Mexican restaurants, as it often indicates authentic food—and it definitely was! I ordered a 3-item combo meal. Typically, I choose shredded beef over ground beef, as I’m often not fond of the latter from many establishments. This time, I went with what was listed on the menu, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was! The chefs at Las Fiestas clearly know their craft. I had two enchiladas and a tamale, and everything was incredible! The beef was seasoned to perfection, the margarita was refreshing with just the right kick, and their salsa was delightful. This restaurant rivals my favorite Mexican spot in Columbia, which I won’t name, and it might even be slightly better, which is quite a compliment! If it were closer, I would definitely visit more frequently. The prices are very reasonable, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place and will certainly be back!

Las Fiestas was recommended to us, and it turned out to be the best beef chimichanga we've ever had at a Mexican restaurant! The chips and salsa were excellent, with the salsa having just the right amount of spice. We visited on a Saturday at noon and ordered the dinner beef chimichanga, which was massive. It contained about a third to half a pound of tender, flavorful beef. We highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly return soon!

Super fast- almost to a fault. Ha Great food, best Chile relleno I've had in Tennessee. They actually give you a full pepper and the sauce is great. Pricing is low vs most others imo. Recently came to eagleville and eat here 2-3 times a week for the past few months. Never been let down by food or service.
