Pomodoro’s Greek Italian

During my visit to Alaska, I was in search of a restaurant near my hotel and decided to dine at Pomodoro's. Despite the smaller portion size and higher prices, the food was delicious. I opted for the gyro dinner and found the meat to be tender and flavorful, while the fries were enjoyable and crispy. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and left feeling satisfied. The server, a young gentleman, was courteous and attentive, ensuring that everything was to my liking. The restaurant was not overly crowded, providing a sense of comfort and privacy, making it a potentially romantic spot for a dinner date. If I find myself in Eagle River again, I would likely return to Pomodoro's.

Eagle River has a hidden gem! I really enjoy their homemade sauce and the wide variety of options they have available. My only wish is that they offered falafel on their menu.

This restaurant has a great variety of options and everything is delicious! They offer unique Italian sodas and amazing seafood. The service is attentive and the food is served quickly. And their breadsticks are far superior to Olive Garden's.

Oh man this place is just the best!! The food is so delicious and this place is not very packed or loud. So peaceful, food is deliciously made handmade and you can tell when you take the first bite!! They give you hot and big proportions. The customerservice is top notch, they are so friendly and take care of you. Such a comfortable and peaceful environment, along with greatfood. highly recommend. Way better than Olive Garden if you want REAL Italian food.

Food was, just okay. I would say slotted right below Olive garden quality, take that for what it's worth. Service and wait times were horrendous. Orders were wrong, items were forgotten, information about the menu was unknown or incorrect, took 30 minutesfor waitress to take drinks and orders. Took another hour to receive said drinks and order. Appetizer came out at the same timeas entrees. All at over inflated pricing for level of service and quality of food.
