Rodee's Country Fried Chicken

I was spoken to very rudely over the phone when I inquired about any available specials.

I visited the drive-thru at 9:30 PM and waited until 9:45 PM to receive my order. When I got home and set the food on the table, the chicken tenders were extremely dry and unappetizing, and the gizzards were undercooked – it was really disappointing. The next morning, I called and spoke with a manager, but he wasn't able to offer any assistance since the issue didn't occur during his shift.
