Noodles Company - Eagan

The staff was very nice and the service was great. But the portion sizes were very small. I remember that a regular size of spaghetti 10 years ago is enormous. Prices increase and the portions decrease. *sigh* :

Absolutely perfect. The food was fast and exactly what I wanted. A nice manager named Hunter helped me to order and was very friendly. I recommend these nudellades to anyone who loves God. Thank you. Hunters for the excellent meal

The staff at this point deserves a huge scream! I've set up a huge catering order for our company dinner. I came to pick it up and the nice guy who helped me load my car with the food quickly let me know we have to change things. We tried every possible method. I was ready to call my colleague to help get the rest of the food in her vehicle, but this nice guy offered (insisted! while driving to our office. He took his truck and even helped to blur everything and helped to set up our buffet! When I say he went beyond and beyond, I really mean it! I regret not to get his name, because he deserves a raise! Thanks for picking up lunch much less stressful! You are the best!

Curt staff. The food was good. I like that there are many healthy options for different diets. The cauliflower noodles are very good! The magergini is okay. There is a freestyle drink fountain that is ideal for choice. The seating area is usually clean, but feels very favorable. Overall very expensive for what you get.

My two boys favorite meal is the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese. During the pandemic many Noodles adjusted hours, closed their doors, and the service really fell off at many in the area. Not this one. I had a poor experience at the Burnsville mall location and decided to try out a new Noodles. I go to this one maybe twice a week now. They even remember my name when I walk in sometimes. Whoever manages this place has sorted out customer service and consistently meets or exceeds my expectations for lunch. 5 stars.
