Cicis Pizza - E St, Florence-Graham

My pizza don’t have salsa and the bread was too hard

I have been at cicis in dallas/oakclif, Grand Prairie, Arlington, and leander/cedar park. This this the best cicis I've been to. Yalls pride in Yalls work is appreciated.

Food was good and hot as well as fresh ?. We were very satisfied ?

Pizza all you can eat and amazing quality. If you have a special preference, just talk the personal and you will get it.

My husband and I went in and ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks. We told the front counter lady that we wanted to hang out and eat inside if we could. She mentioned that she put our order as “to go” I told her “that’s ok we can take the box.” No one told us the order was ready and after 40min my husband went up and they pulled it out of the warmer. I went back up and asked for plates and napkins of which I was told you had to purchase Buffett tickets for plates and napkins and that we couldn’t eat our pizza inside. Very rude customer service. Will not be back.
