Inti Peruvian Cuisine - e Air

Restaurant is nicely appointed, friendly server. My advice is: use fresh ingredients, peruvian cuisine discovered that ceviche has to be prepared with the catch of the day. For dessert we had churros that were awful, from a box.

Excellent food, unique service, the best Peruvian food in West Palm

This restaurant is a small 12 table restaurant just north of West Palm Beach. It's in a strip mall, but the atmosphere inside and the food is spectacular. I ordered the lamb stew which actually came as a shank on the bone, but it was extremely tender and delicious. served with beans and jicama that was cooked inside, the stew. I would order that again for sure. We also ordered tamales. I was expecting tamales to be somewhat similar to traditional ones, but these were about a foot-long. They were delicious but just one tamale is a meal itself. It would've been nice if they had been served with some type of sauce, which I'm sure we could've asked for, but we didn't. All in all, it was a fine meal.

We had the most amazing meal at Inti. The ceviches were amazing and the octopus was outstandingly good The service was attentive and very pleasing Would definitely go back and recommend it for really good food. As good or better than in Peru.
