Southern Comfort Bbq And More

I give it one star because everytime you try to call, they'll press ignore. I tried for two hrs today to place an order... nobody answered.

Salads were big, with cucumbers and tomatoes and lots of cheese! The fried green tomatoes were very tasty as well. The ribs were tough and covered in BBQ sauce. No smoke flavor at all. I prefer my ribs with no added sauce, just the rub from when they were smoked. The sauce was a bit on the spicy side. My wife had a sausage and brisket plate, she said the sausage was very good but she thought the brisket was tough and very fatty. She only ate a little of it. Prior to receiving the bill we said it was not the best BBQ we ever had but that we would come again and try other dishes because some things were good. Sign on the door said 15% surcharge over menu prices. This is a lie, the actual charge is 16.75% over menu prices. When I questioned this I was told that is what it is. Not a huge dollar difference but it makes one wonder what else are they lying about? I asked for a manager and the server said I have been here the longest. I gave up the argument at that point and decided we would not be a returning customer.

There was a hot ham and cheeseWith real thick slices of ham in piecesWithLettuce tomato onion pickle and I think the pickles were homemade or they were really good picklesAnd I just thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich go there and eat and tell them how you love their food

Lookd good on Trip Advisor so decided to give it a try. We could not even get waited on! Got up and left! Very dated and didn’t smell all that clean either.
