Red Lobster - Durham

Eating was as expected for red lobster to be a chain. it was very good and consistent with what we had before. what the dinner made wonderful was our server, mya. she was amazing! very attentive, the food delivery perfectly lasted, was incredibly pleasant and seemed to really enjoy her job. she was excellent and I hope management knows what a wealth she is for this team. After it has been in the gas industry for more than 25 years (from server to management), it is always a pleasure to see someone in one of the most difficult professions where it finds away to find proud and joyful in their work. (yes, to be in the restaurant, is one of the hardest/thank youless persons under mothers, teachers and city workers.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and was thoroughly impressed by the excellent service we received. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our lunch. I will definitely be returning in the future.

It was storming outside and driving was hazardous so we took refuge at this place because it had desperately needed clean restrooms and food. We were the only customers present and we were waiting for a table. Kat, our server was cheerful and arrived at our table quickly once she was allowed to serve our table. We ordered unsweetened tea and an Arnold Palmer. The drinks arrived along with some biscuits. I ordered the lobster bisque. The lobster bisque was very thick and viscous in my opinion it had too much salt added which overpowered what should have been a lobster flavor. The biscuits were very hot and dry tasting. The traditional and iconic Red Lobster biscuits are now nothing close to the trademark items. We ordered the salmon New Orleans with shrimp and the cleaned and steamed lobster. The coldslaw side had too much mayonnaise for me. The rice pilaf was okay. The salmon and shrimp were good. Overall the experience could have been better. We ordered the salmon New Orleans with shrimp and the lobster cleaned and steamed. Those items alone were good.

THE FOOD/DRINKS WERE DELICIOUS AND STAFF WAS KIND AND COURTEOUS

2:35 sitting here waiting. kellnerin was twice and saw my glass empty I see 3 other tables here with me they can not even have mantain 4 tables wow terrible personal have not even gotten to eat yet.2:45 was updated by the fallen suppe no drink yet and went back to another table and not yet refilled. 2:50 suppe do not refill yet a drink. 2:55 drink after filling and drank everything was so thirsty
