Never more thang u want that the line is long only wait 30 min then finally order her sad she was from chicken she did not need to be in business

This KFC/taco bell is not fast food. Even if there is only 3 cars in the drive through, you'll need 30 minutes minimum. I've tried to come here several times and it's just not worth the time.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly slow, and to top it off, I found a hair in my food. My chicken was burnt, and they forgot both the side for my other meal and my drinks. When I asked for extra sauce, the person at the drive-thru just said no and closed the window on me. There was another man watching me through the window, and when I looked his way, he actually licked his lips—it was disgustingly inappropriate! When I tried to call and complain, a man named Randy answered and informed me that the manager was "too busy" to talk to me. Then, while I was explaining my issues, they hung up on me! If I could rate this place with zero stars, I absolutely would. I do not recommend eating at any fast food restaurant on Miami Blvd; my experiences have all been terrible.

The absolute worst KFC and or Taco Bell i have ever seen. Employees don't care. They give you wrong food. Won't make an effort to deal with things they do wrong. Regularly dont open on time. By not on time, I mean not even by noon. I would never recommend anyone go to this place. I hardly ever do reviews, but this one deserves it. Absolutely unreal that the place is even still in business.

OMG!!!! THIS IS THE WORST KFC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!! Haven't had a problem with the food but the service is the worst you will ever experience. I'm waiting in line as I type this been here for 45mins have order yet! They always run out of food, their machine is always down, sometimes only take cash. I can't make this up! I normally don't leave reviews but I have to warn everyone about this location. Please find another. Just look at the reviews here.
