Whether at fast food joints or sit-down restaurants, it's usually disappointing, with rude staff. This is surprising to me, especially since I've experienced exceptional service in other countries and generally don't mind if things occasionally go wrong. However, I was genuinely impressed with this particular location and my experience there. My meal was correct—a rarity in my experience elsewhere. The manager informed me that an item would take about 3 to 5 minutes and graciously offered an alternative, which I appreciated and accepted. The lady who handled my payment was friendly and had vibrant, colorful hair, which I found to be bold and refreshing. Overall, I had a great experience, thanks to this wonderful team of employees.
I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I found the food to be outstanding, and the service was quick and very friendly. The chicken was the best I’ve had in a long time. I only wish my KFC in Virginia was as good as this!
This location really needs to be closed down! The service here is incredibly lazy; they rarely have any food available after 7 PM. I just left at 8 PM, and there was literally nothing to order. This happens every night! I understand that the staff may want to leave early, but this is just unacceptable!
This location has improved so much since its remodeling! I definitely recommend stopping by for some delicious fried chicken from the Colonel. The 11 herbs and spices are always a winning combination – you can't go wrong! It's always a hit!

This is surprising for me, as I'm generally not bothered by mistakes. After living in countries with outstanding service, my expectations have definitely lowered. However, I was truly impressed with this particular location and my experience there. My meal was served correctly, which isn't always the case elsewhere. The manager informed me that one item would take an extra 3 to 5 minutes and kindly offered me an alternative, which I chose to accept. The woman who processed my payment was friendly and had colorful hair, which I thought was unique and bold—something I really liked. Overall, I had a great experience with this fantastic group of employees.
