This place is rockstar. The sandwiches are unique, fresh, tasty and huge with lots of options to customize and make it your own. The sides are plentiful and everything is always well made and on time. Well worth the trip for us to visit this place regularly.Food: 5/5

Went to new Raleigh store. Tough to find, but sandwich was delicious. The Dagwood. Guy at the front was very nice and helpful. The 2 guys that own the place didn’t bother to speak with any customers and say thanks for the business. If I had been opened only for a week, I’d speak to every customer and thank them for the business.Food: 5/5

Really delicious and unique sandwiches you won't find elsewhere. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Will definitely return. Was here once during Pandemic and obviously that made the experience less than. perfect because of the social distancing, while the food was still good. But this time, it was a slam dunk.Food: 5/5

I live in Raleigh, but I was in Durham for work when a colleague recommended this place to me. I decided to give it a try and found that the service was good. However, I was shocked by the prices, which I found to be extremely high. For a sandwich shop to charge extra for mayonnaise seemed ridiculous to me; a condiment should come with the sandwich. Additionally, a 12-ounce can of soda cost $2.50 and a 9-inch sandwich was priced at $15, which I thought was excessive for a basic Italian sandwich. Wanting two strips of speck on my sandwich would cost an extra $2.25. The servers were present, but only brought the food to the table without providing any extra service. Customers ordered food on tablets, so there was limited interaction. I was also surprised by a processing fee of $0.99, even though I did not have the food delivered anywhere; it was simply brought to my table in the restaurant. Overall, I found the food to be average and the prices to be too high for what was offered. I believe I could find similar food at other restaurants for a much lower cost.
