Chick-fil-a - Durham

It's great to have a CFA on campus, super quick. But the menu is limited and there's always a huge line.

Me and friends came in a few minutes before closing and the staff seemed to be upset we came. I’m was kind of scared to eat my food because they were so mad. And they were making comments that me and my friends were high because we ordered a lot of food. Sooo not true!

Wouldn 't reccomend this chick fil a. Pulled up and couldn 't find the drive though, someone not in uniform gestured me around back. I asked for a chicken salad. He said no salads, just sandwiches and fries . He was not friendly at all. So I ordered a sandwich and fries. Within a few seconds they hand it to me, so I know they did not cook it fresh. Then they said they only take cash. It would have been nice to know that BEFORE I ordered. And when I left they did NOT say my pleasure like the other chick fil as. When I opened up the food bag after leaving I realized they forgot the sandwich and they forgot the fries. If they were busy I could understand this oversight but I was the only one there. Again would not recommend this chick fil a but giving 2 stars because it was at least fast.

I went to the location but couldn't find the restaurant at all—it seemed to be in the middle of nowhere! I definitely wouldn't recommend it; it feels like a scam!

Many of the staff members have poor attitudes and become upset if there's a mistake with your order. It’s frustrating that Chick-fil-A is even on campus when it seems no one knows how to run it efficiently. As students, we rely on these food options to get us through the day, but we can’t get a meal without enduring a long wait. It’s incredibly disappointing to be promised breakfast at a specific time, only to waste an hour of my life that could have been spent studying or being productive. This location has consistently let me down, and I find it to be very unprofessional.
