Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar - Durham

Today wasn't my day here, I had to wait about 20 minutes to get due to lack of waiter/dining. but this is not all, I had ordered a loaded nachos and when she ordered the order that I had submitted 1800 of bdubs points, but she comes back and says they had no tortillas and can not get this order, so I had to cancel the returned reward, and manager was not helping to get anything else except what we had ordered. also for a customer who has come here for years, it had no concern. no discount or incentive for the thing they had.2 stars because the waitress was great, but the management can need some customer service training or something. I just deleted my big review of 6 years ago with this.

This place has gone so fast on the hill and I recommend this place not, idk, if they are underused or choose not to have, but two waiters on the clock during the midday hours, but I choose my food and somehow come my wings before my mother simple salate, which obviously lasts 25 minutes. they are in a hurry to do nothing, as there are still tables with means of life and tell everyone evil. I used to work alone as a waiter and was never so lazy. drive them to a better position of buffalo wild wings, even if it's an hour away, that's what I do now.

No idea where to start a long story short, for years I've been here because it was obviously great! now the service is terrible and eating is decent. I had several bad experiences here even company on these clowns at a few locations, I am really sad!

I sat here for 2 hours still no eating out of dr. pfeffer for an hour finally got up and my drink myself refilled I will not return and would not recommend this place. not to mention that they are not even so busy

We stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings on our way back to Wake County. We expected a 30_45 minute wait, but the wait became 2 1/2 hours. The staff said that we had an unexpected large party. I noticed that the large party had paid for their bill and left and still no food. It was guy and his children there who had been waiting longer than me. It is absolutely appalling that the managerial team wanted to only compensate 50% off the check after some mix up on their behalf. Others ordered after me and got their order before me. I didn't have a complicated order, but poor kitchen management made this visit terrible. The managerial team should have comp the meal and gave a gift card for further visit. I left without food and requested my money back.
