Tatso Buffet Sibaya - Durban

Not too sure why this place has so many bad reviews . I was fully hesitant before coming through because of the bad reviews but I’m so glad I went through because it was a great time . Took a party of 6 for dinner and the buffet had a small-ish selection but really delicious and more than satisfying . Really warm atmosphere, beautiful decor and welcoming staff . Would absolutely come back again , well worth the money (R275) .

Terrible customer service...un organised...curries were very oily and tasteless....I was told it was worth going to but honestly it was a waste of time and energy....more than an hour to wait to get in and then another 20 minutes to get food....first and last time that my family and I would go there Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 300–350

The most pathetic and disgraceful experience yesterday. I felt it was such a rip off. Paid R270 each including for my daughter who's only 12 years. Got inside only to see few pieces of roast chicken. Dry and old noodles. Roti was hard andnonly half left...asked the staff...said Nomore. The mutton curry was dry and stale. The carrot cake cream was sour or spoilt and old chocolate cake.the chicken was rubber. Sauces all were dry. Evidently you can see old food. Nothing worth it. Such a terrible experience and definitely won't recommend to any individual out there. All their left overs serving. I still can't get over this. To think it's in a Top venue like Sibaya. How do they allow this people to serve food like this. They need to investigate what their tenants are serving.most disgusting place I have ever been to so far.
