Vito's Family Bbq - DuPont

I had a chicken dinner that was absolutely delightful. The chicken was juicy and tender, practically falling off the bone, and it was infused with an incredibly rich smoky flavor. As for sides, I chose garlic mashed potatoes, and as a garlic lover, I was thrilled to find generous chunks of garlic mixed in. My other side was the homemade mac and cheese, which stood out because the noodles were perfectly al dente—unlike too many other places that overcook them. The cheese sauce was exceptional, and keep in mind, I'm not even a big cheese fan! Plus, the prices were excellent. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

I waited an hour and a half for my delivery, even though the estimated time was only half an hour. The food was extremely disappointing; I could have gotten better quality from a dumpster.

The consistency at this restaurant is lacking. The sandwiches, which used to be generous, have now become quite small. There are times when the creamy garlic mashed potatoes are delicious, with nice bits of garlic, but other times, they serve a dry baked potato instead. The portion sizes seem to decrease, especially when you place a larger order—one would think they would want to acknowledge and reward that. The ribs can be great one visit, but on another, they are overcooked to the point of being inedible. If you try to voice a concern, it feels like you're in the wrong. Is that really how it should be?

Food and service are top notch! Best local place for BBQ hands down.

My Family experience has been over charged. My experience pick up order missing ribs, refund promissed did not happen. My first and last visit !!
