I like their products but should train employees a little more at this location.

My son's 40th Birthday with 2 favorite teams he only wants ice cream cakes??‍??‍??‍ ?‍. Thank you crystal and the whole team of Baskin-Robbins in Dunedin for doing ya'll thang ?????????He loved it????

If you want ice cream after 4 pm on a Tuesday, dont go here. They close at 10 pm but shut down and close 90% of their items. Couldn't even get a hot fudge sundae. It blows my mind that people let their workers get away with this kind of behavior. I would give it negative stars if would let me. This isn't the first time I have had issues with the location.

The server was not very versed in the ice cream. The serving portions were extremely small for the price. I would not recommend this BR at all.The flavour was very good. That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars

Worst customer service I've experienced. We had a party of 7 ordering ice cream. We got half way through our order when the manager asked the associate to step away and work the drive through for 1 person. Then no one proceeded to help us after we were already in there for 15 minutes waiting when no customers were in there. And they messed up our orders too. I will never go back.
