フィードバックを提供するThe owner was very friendly and took the time to provide us with extra napkins, even though we forgot to request some. The restaurant was clean, and the quality of the food was consistent with what one would expect from a typical underground spot.
I hadn't eaten at Subway in 15 years, so I was a bit hesitant to try this new location in the area. However, I found the store to be clean, and the customer service was fast and friendly. The meat and vegetables were served cold, as they should be. One person prepared the sandwich while another handled the cash register. I will definitely return to this place.
On my second visit, I again had a coupon. When I presented it to the clerk, she fumbled with it as if she had never seen a coupon before. She went to the back, and a male employee emerged, whispering something to her in a language other than English. It’s just plain rude to do that in front of a customer, regardless of the language. Somehow, they figured it out, and she eventually started making the meatball sub I ordered. She barely put any sauce on it, and when I asked for more, she reluctantly added just a tiny amount, as if the sauce was going to come out of her paycheck! Then she moved on to making my second sub, which ended up being inedible. Subway food isn't great at the best of times, but my experiences at the Wise Ave location were the worst. Do yourself a favor and spend your fast food dollars elsewhere to avoid the bad attitude and poor-quality food!
I walked in to an empty restaurant and greeted the man working only to be ignored. I waited 5 minutes while he worked on pick up orders, all while he never said one word to me. I left without being able to place an order. I think they need to remember that there are Subways in nearly every shopping center and may want to focus on customer service skills and the customer standing in front of them. Very poor and will not be going to that one again.
The worst subway I?ve ever been to. We were the only customers in there and had to wait almost 5 mins to be acknowledged at all by the 2 workers behind the counter. When I asked for a chopped salad the girl behind the counter blurted out we don?t do that before I could even finish my sentence. I?ve been getting chopped salads at other locations for years. Both of them seemed like they didn?t know what they were doing at all. Really feel bad for complaining since I think one is on the spectrum. I was charged almost $10 for 2 small handfuls of lettuce and some vegetables. Never again going to this location.
