フィードバックを提供するI went through the drive-thru and received no greeting or thank you. They handed me a melting ice cream cone, and I had to ask for extra napkins.
I found a frozen fry in my box, really? And why does the shake taste like cleaning products?!?
I requested a refund, which took another five minutes before the manager came out with the cash part of my refund. She mentioned that she had forgotten to charge me for the pancakes and repeated that they take a long time to cook before starting to walk away. I pointed out that I still needed the remainder of my refund, and she replied, "Oh, right." There were no solutions offered, only excuses. This location has disappointed me on numerous occasions, and it seems the service is getting worse, with management showing little concern for customer inconvenience.
Horrible experience ALWAYS! They never have anything available or they say this and that machine is always broken. The poor customer service they offer is ridiculous
Great service! They could use more than one checkout line tho. People were waiting at least 5 minutes to order
