Mcdonald's - Duncansville

Never get any of my food before it is cold … I pay for food to be cooked fully . It is always undercooked and I always don’t get what I pay for . The workers talk about whatever and don’t do their jobs . I’ve also heard them saying inappropriate things including genitals and swearing … this place is a joke …

I ordered food for my kids and my son didn't get his happy meal we called the store and they told us to reach out to door dash and we did and we didn't get anywhere. The door dash guy said they only gave me two bags which one had drinks and the other had the other food we ordered and no happy meal.

The drive thru service is quick. But, the teenagers who work there are hit or miss. You can definitely get a feel on who the ones are who just show up and rather talk to their coworkers instead of helping you vs the ones who actually put an effort into their role and make you leave with a smile.

Today was THE worst experience ever … Joan can not hear which I understand she is older… but maybe hearing aids would assist her hearing lost… also waiting in drive thru over 3 mins nobody took my order so I went inside and met Joan… I put my phone on speaker before I could even tell her about my disability with speaking she says this is a phone it won’t tell me nothing!!! Than I get my food and order nuggets and when I asked for 1 buffalo sauce it was 25 cents so tomorrow I’ll be calling corporate to inform them Joan has a disability with hearing and I do speaking she was able to tell me she can’t hear but I couldn’t tell her my disability with speaking so sad!!! ? I will not return Wendy’s will receive my services!!! Also the owners of the McDonald’s own a few locations in Blair county but this one is by far the worst ran!!!

The French fries have seriously fallen off. They used to be firm, hot and fresh. Now they taste like someone made a huge batch and you get a scoop of old, soft, and room temp fries made hours earlier.
