Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Dumas

The shakes are to die for...thick, rich and creamy! The food is good also. Would have given 5 stars but my chicken sandwich could have been hotter. They were pretty busy...Crinkle cut fries are served and a nice change from the usual.

Food was ok. Lots of flies inside dining area. No towels in the men's restroom. No cups for ketchup so I went and asked for some. I was told they didn't have any. They gave me some packets of ketchup which was ok but then someone later came and filled the container with ketchup cups. Just seems as if no one was keeping up with things like they should.

Would have been great except this is supposed to be 2 double jalapeño with pepper jack cheese. Even pointed to and read the sign outlook to the cashier. They screwed out of at least $4.00. We were served regular cheese burgers. That's what you get ordering to go. And the sign we both pointed to was at the register and the cashier read it herself.

There were 4 cars in the drive through and it took me 25 minutes to get a banana split. And to top it off, it was half melted when I got it. You'd think they could at least make a fresh one for you. You do better just going to sonic or somewhere else. Anywhere.

Stood there waiting to order for 5 minutes in sandwich line alone. Thought I was invisible for a minute. Workers looking at me and just ignoring me especially the drive thru girl who kept turning around after noticing me . Wow, what did I do to deserve this treatment. In Dallas employees are much friendlier. Besides I'm a truck driver passing through no worries. Food was good though
