Bernie's Halo Halo - Dumaguete City

This is not your average Filipino Halo-halo. It mainly consists of ice cream, cereal, and fruit pieces, but lacks fresh fruits. The prices are reasonable, but the restaurant is small and can get uncomfortably hot if visited at noon.

The restaurant is good, but I wish they had a larger variety of fruit options.

Best halo halo ever, hands down! A uniquely original Dumaguete halo halo, I've never had halo halo like this before. The ice is so creamy and fine. I highly recommend this place. It's a little hard to see from the main road, but just look for the Total gas station on Hibbard Ave, across Harold's Mansion. It's in the same complex as Total.

This place serves the best halo-halo I have ever tried, without a doubt! This Dumaguete halo-halo is truly unique, unlike any other I have tasted before. The ice is incredibly creamy and finely shaved. I highly suggest checking this place out.
