What a great place! I went to the toilet room of the men and I actually went out to check the shield. Look at this picture. the people roast all day over, but that was an overarching one.

Went on a Sunday when it was all day happy hour. Really good food. A little on the pricier side . We got the ceasar salad,, spicy mac and cheese, and monte crisco . All really good! Only complaints was the chicken on the salad was on the dryer side, and the bun they give you with the mac and cheese was tiny.

Very nice place on the front exterior of the mall. No interior entrance to the mall. We had the Patty Melt and the Drunk and Dirty hamburger. Patty Melt was on pumpernickel bread...very good chocolatey bread and tasted great all around. The Drunk and Dirty burger was on a large toasted bun, huge burger, drunk fried onions with an awesome sauce of the same liquor. Swiss cheese was a thick slice, not wimpy. Messy goodness all around. Burgers were cooked as ordered, medium-rare and medium. We chose fries as the side. Thick cut, crispy on the outside, toasty hot on the inside and done perfectly. We were in on a Tuesday, 2 ish. Practically empty. Our server was attentive but not pushy. Popcorn was served before our waitress arrived at the table. All the Tv's were on sports channels playing replays of 3 different sports and one of sports news. All four stations were visible from our booth. Women's bathroom is the only sticking point. It's beautiful and designed well, and the in the handicapped stall there is a full baby changing table, like you would see in a babies room, in the way of the wheelchair passover. Any woman in a wheelchair needing to use the bathroom at this establishment is going to be sorely pissed when they can't use the bathroom. See the picture.

Never consistantly quality in food. It is not ideal situation to not be sure I'll be happy with the food I order. If it was more consistent I'd rate 4 stars. Where is the onion? Dried and still had the onion skin on it.

Well I love the setting. The place looks great. The drinks selection is solid. The menu is wide and varied. But every time I have been here something went wrong. Food came out cold due to sitting on the line for over 5 minutes a few times, food came out wrong after 30 minute wait for burgers, order was wrong and had to be sent back, bar tender was too busy doing his own shots instead of pour me another beer another time. This last time my burger came out(cool) and then I sat and waited for my wife and friends get their food for like 15 plus minutes due to the system not putting the specials in (they did comp the late meals). The food has been pretty good every time we have gone but it seems like there is a management/expediting issue.
