フィードバックを提供するThe restaurant appears to be understaffed, but the team is making a genuine effort to handle every order promptly. I visited earlier to pick up a delivery order for someone just before the lunch rush, and I found the employees to be polite and dedicated. There were only two staff members on duty today, and I observed several rude male customers being hostile towards them about wait times in the drive-thru. To those two employees, I hope you receive a raise for your hard work. I wish more people would show empathy and patience toward you.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The manager demonstrated excellent customer service skills and was incredibly helpful. I encountered a personal issue with my Android phone and couldn’t log onto the Wi-Fi to use the Burger Kong app. To my surprise, the manager kindly comped my order. Hats off to this location and the manager!
