Phoenix Restaurant im Dreischeibenhaus

We have come with very high expectations. Regarding the actual card and the normal menu selection, these expectations were fully met with regard to amuse geul and appetizers. Top. Unfortunately we made the mistake and chose a ́ ́season offer ́, whole duck. The duck was unfortunately a fiasco. Tough and dry. The supplements, sauces, lumps and red cabbages are perfect. The duck was served in two courses. First the breast, which was already relatively tough and dry, and then in the second gear the throat, which was again an increase in the first gear, which is why, and that I have to pay the staff high, half the duck was removed from the bill, or optionally another main dish was offered to us. In general, the service was outstanding. Excellent, joyful and very attentive. For us it was now annoyingly the second time in two weeks that we ́ve fallen on the nose in a top restaurant with the ́ ́season dish ́. Very bad, otherwise it would have been good. I am almost sure that if we had chosen the regular main court, this assessment would have been different. Never mind. We will try it again if necessary.

At any time, food, service and ambience were excellent.

A wonderful evening with a fantastic menu, including a great wine tour, excellent service in a very beautiful ambience we are ready for the next time!
