Koc Döner Welt - Duesseldorf

When ordering I said no red cabbage or onions five times...what did I have in the complete kebab? Everything....not listening or not understanding! Service met zero! Unfortunately I will never eat anything here again... don't listen, service... makes you laugh or probably don't understand.

I would call it an average kebab, I think the sauces could be better, the meat is okay but absolutely nothing special. Prices not that cheap. Service is nice.

Would happily give 0 stars for everything! Ordered via Lieferando, called 1.5 hours later to find out where my order was. Unfriendly employee on the phone, no more veal for my order. You can cancel via Lieferando. Nobody called to let me know, no, I had to make a phone call afterwards.

I can understand the good reviews, very tasty food and friendly staff. Small shop, things get tight quickly.

The service and friendliness were really good as well as the taste.
