Mcdonald's - Dudley

One of the best McDonald's I've been to. It was early in the day though.

The App failed so the staff just cancelled my order, then wouldn't prepare it for me. I had to go home and ask the family what they wanted again, and put it through the app again, and drive back there again, and then when I got back to the restaurant they had no record of the order AGAIN, so I had to read it to them. Took about half and hour just to do a drive through!

Revolting inside, but the worst McDonald 's for miles in terms of food. Very rarely resort to McDonald 's, but the food from this branch is barely edible. We had a craving for some fries. Stone cold, pasty, greasy and both undercooked and overcooked at the same time. After a few at best the urge passes. The experience of going in to buy them is gross. A few automatic machines, a few sticky tables and a rare glimpse of a human pushing poorly cooked food at you. McDonald 's might be emergency food if you have taste buds, but this branch is stomach churning.

Not the best visit to a McDonald's to be fair but it does what it says.

Stourbridge drive through girl was rude no people skills at all ,I had to wait ages to give my order and when she did ask for the order her response was what u want , while she was taking my order she was talking to someone in the background hence I had to repeat myself several times as she was clearly not listening to top it off the food was cold hence I won't be returning.
