I won’t go into too much detail, but the waitress, while nice and accommodating, seemed poorly trained. Her knowledge of the menu and options was lacking. We also experienced a long wait for our plates to be cleared before we could receive our appetizers, which was a bit frustrating. However, the appetizers were delicious and worth the price. As for our entrees, we were a table of six who ordered a variety of dishes, yet three of us were extremely disappointed with our meals. For instance, I ordered a $25 ribeye that was thinly sliced, accompanied by cold mashed potatoes and cold Brussels sprouts. It was clear that some of our meals had been sitting around while the rest of the orders were being prepared. This indicated a lack of training and understaffing in the kitchen. The situation was frustrating enough that I felt I couldn’t put the waitress in the uncomfortable position of apologizing for the kitchen’s mistakes. I requested to speak with the manager right away. Ten minutes later, a senior waitress came to our table, which put her in a tough position. Despite handling my complaint well, it was evident that she wasn’t properly trained for such situations. She did remove my meal from the bill without any argument, which I appreciated. However, I was quite annoyed that she was sent out to address the issue because the manager was supposedly off for the night. We noticed him walking through the restaurant three times after his shift was meant to be over, seemingly uninterested in addressing his team's shortcomings. Anyone who follows my reviews knows I strive to be fair and thorough. This dinner's positive aspects were overshadowed by unprepared staff trying their best. I wouldn’t dine here again, even if it were a bet. Wishing them the best of luck.

My husband and I visited this restaurant to catch the game while enjoying some beers and snacks. The manager went out of their way to make sure we could watch the game, which we really appreciated! The nachos were fantastic, and the beer was ice-cold and delicious. We're definitely planning to return for dinner. A big thank you to the manager for their exceptional service!

I initially ordered the pulled pork, but the waitress informed me it was out of stock. When I asked for her recommendation, she suggested the Chipotle sandwich. I’d rate it a 7/10; it was quite spicy, so it might not be suitable for those who are sensitive to heat. Some parts of the cheese were a bit burnt, but overall, the sandwich was soft and delicious. The fries were served hot, but they appeared to be overcooked. I also tried a Berry Cosmo martini, which was delightful and a great choice for my first martini experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was calm and enjoyable.

Ordered take out bourbon steak tips and baked haddock dinners. Both excellent. Side of cooked carrots that came with fish wad out of this world. Will be back

Decent food but a long wait to get food! The patrons that entered before us got their food, ate, paid, and left before we got our food! Additionally the tables all around us were dirty. We will not be going back.
